Fee Waiver Program for New TONA related futures

　Tokyo Financial Exchange Inc. (“TFX”) will list One-month TONA futures and BOJ Meeting TONA futures on October 19, 2026 and to promote active trading and greater market liquidity of the new products, TFX will offer a fee waiver program with effect from the launch date. TFX is committed to revitalizing the financial markets with these initiatives.

1. Product
　One-month TONA futures (all contract months)
　BOJ Meeting TONA futures (all contract months)

2. Discount Program
(1) Transaction
　Both house account transactions and customer account transactions executed by Interest Rate Futures Trading Members (Including those traded by block trade and strategy trade)
(2) Fees
　Per-contract Exchange fees waiver (JPY 100 per lot)
　※ No application is required to apply this program
(3) Period
　From October 19, 2026 to March 31, 2027
　※ On March 31, effective for the trades executed by the end of the Day Session (15:30 JST)
