Establishment of Special Advisory Committee on Organizational Restructuring

TIFFE (The Tokyo International Financial Futures Exchange) has established a special advisory committee to support Jiro Saito, TIFFE's Chairman, in discussions on plans for TIFFE's organizational structure in the future, during the Board of Director's Meeting held today.
TIFFE is currently a membership-based organization. The purpose of the committee established today is to discuss with members on TIFFE's appropriate structure that should be taken in the future, that could adapt to the quickly changing environment surrounding the exchange.
As an important part of the Japanese financial infrastructure, TIFFE will make the necessary efforts in taking suitable strategies to meet the rapidly evolving environment by investigating future-foreseeing organizational structures.
