DIE (Designated Investment Exchange) Approval

The Tokyo International Financial Futures Exchange (TIFFE) has been designated as a DIE
(Designated Investment Exchange) by the SIB (Securities and Investments Board)
this January.
This brings about the following effects.
- UK firms are allowed to take orders from investors on futures and options products (commodities) listed on TIFFE.
- UK firms are exempted from some reporting duties in trading TIFFE's products.
