LIFFE CONNECTTM API (Application Program Interface) provided by TFX allows members and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to develop application software for members' trading of Three-month Euroyen Futures, etc. on TFX by the following manners.

1) System development under contract with TFX

An ISV concludes contracts such as the API Sub-license Agreement with TFX to develop its ISV solutions. The ISV must prepare network equipments and infrastructure to connect to testing environment of TFX and pass a conformance test conducted by TFX.

2) System development as a subcontractor of TFX member

An ISV can develop and provide application software as a subcontractor of a TFX member who concludes contracts such as the API Sub-license Agreement with TFX.
Each trading member who uses the application software must pass a conformance test conducted by TFX.
