Trading Volume in January 2010

　The trading volume of Three-month Euroyen futures was 637,601 decreasing 36.7% in comparison to that of the prior year comparable month, and decreasing 43.3% in comparison to that of the prior month, and the average daily volume was 33,558. The trading volume of Options on Three-month Euroyen futures was 400, decreasing 95.2% in comparison to that of the prior year comparable month, and increasing 60.0% in comparison to that of the prior month. The trading volumes for the put options and call options are 200 and 200, respectively, and the average daily volume was 21. See the table 1 for the composition of the trading volumes.

　 The total trading volume of Exchange Forex Margin contracts (Click 365) was 9,972,078, increasing 193.0% in comparison to that of the prior year comparable month, and increasing 65.0% in comparison to that of the prior month, and the average daily trading volume was 498,604.
